At Camelot Crafts, we want you to be completely satisfied. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days of date of purchase. We accept returns for most online purchases at our business location in person for free. If returned by mail, for Canadian customers a $11.95 shipping and handling fee and for USA customers a $24.99 shipping and handling fee applies.
Please note that we can not accept returns on clearance sale items or fabrics that have been cut to a customer's specifications.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can not in anyway guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once the return is accepted, you will be credited the entire purchase price of the item(s), including taxes where applicable, minus any restocking fees and/or shipping fees (if applicable). Returns will be credited via the original form of payment two to three weeks after they are received at our warehouse, if returned within 30 days of purchase date.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted :
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to initiate the process.
